AVIA SOLUTIONS GROUP
In 2010 Avia Solutions Group, a Lithuanian holding company representing the aviation industry (operations concentrated on aviation related services) decided to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In order to ensure successful completion of the Offer, the Management Board and the Shareholders of ASG entered into cooperation with Rubicon Partners, which for the purpose of the transaction assumed the role of financial adviser, PR / IR adviser and offer coordinator.

In August 2009 Rubicon Partners, seeing the deteriorating financial situation of the WSE listed Gino Rossi S.A., but at the same time recognizing the potential inherent in its operations, decided to enter into cooperation with the Company. Rubicon Partners assumed the role of a financial investor actively involved in the restructuring process aimed at improving of the Company's financial and operational performance.
