Rubicon Partners is Authorised Advisor of NewConnect (stock market) and Catalyst (debt instruments, including bonds, market) Alternative Trading Systems (ATS) organized by Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Identification of the Client’s needs, assessment of the possibility of arrangement of financing and suggestion on the best financing method are the first steps in our cooperation with the Client. If the most efficient way to raise capital is IPO in ATS, Rubicon Partners prepares the Company to debut and advises after its completion. Our assistance covers primarily:

• Advisory on the transformation of the company into joint-stock company, if necessary
• Conduct of business and legal analysis of the company and preparation of documentation required by ATS provisions (e.g. Information Document)
• Representation of the company before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, KDPW (central settlement system) and Warsaw Stock Exchange
• Assistance on realization of disclosure requirements and provisions interpretation
