Start-up investment projects are realized in invest & build model. Investments in projects at seed/VC stage is one of the pillars of our company.

We are looking for interesting investment opportunities. We analyze thoroughly all risk factors which are connected with specific industries and projects.

We take active part in building of innovative enterprises – from idea to success. Our activities on these fields covers:

  • Arrangement of financing (own investments, co-investments with seed/VC funds or private/strategic investors)
  • Optimization of financial sources (arrangement of debt/mezzanine financing)
  • Structuration of transactions
  • Support of organic growth (members of our team act as financial directors or members of the supervisory boards in start-up companies)
  • Improvement of operational effectiveness (active participation in forecasting, cost optimization, projects assessment etc.)
  • Realization of exit transaction (sale to financial or strategic investor, conduct of IPO at NewConnect or WSE main market)
